D5.1 SPOON Evaluation Framework

The SPOON Evaluation Framework (SEF) outlines how partners and stakeholders will create and evaluate project impact. SEF is based on a transformation-oriented approach that embraces complexity, while remaining practical, and focuses on learning and enhancing impact potential. SEF covers the evaluation of the project with a particular focus on key project activities such as the Citizen Science Labs, the Digital Toolset, as well as Behaviour Change Interventions.
