The Quaternion Autocontained Framework (QAF) is built upon a single, unbreakable axiom: the universe is completely self-contained. This is mathematically formalized as the unitary constraint Q†Q = I₄ on the fundamental quaternionic operator. From this one principle —and no free parameters— emerges the entire structure of reality: the quaternionic algebra ℍ (dim 4), the symmetry group Sp(2) ≅ Spin(5), a fundamental spinor with exactly 8 real degrees of freedom, the four fundamental constants {c, ℏ, G, k_B} as basis elements of ℍ, and the emergent 4-dimensional spacetime manifold.

Complete Gauge Unification

We prove rigorously that Sp(2) subsumes the entire Standard Model gauge structure through dimensional projection: Sp(2) ⊃ U(2) × SU(2) ⊃ [U(1) × SU(2)]electroweak × SU(3)color. This is not phenomenological fitting — it is geometric necessity. The three gauge groups of the Standard Model (electromagnetic U(1), weak SU(2), strong SU(3)) emerge as projections of the single symplectic group, unified without requiring exotic GUT groups (SO(10), E₆) or supersymmetry.

Quantitative Predictions (Zero Free Parameters)

QAF derives fundamental constants from pure geometry with sub-sigma precision:

These are not fitted values — they are algebraic outputs of the quaternionic harmonic series and Hopf fibration geometry.

Locality and Non-Locality as Projective Duality

Quantum non-locality (EPR correlations, entanglement, Bell violations) is resolved geometrically: what appears as "spooky action at a distance" in 4D spacetime is ordinary local connectivity in the 10D Sp(2) bulk. The Tsirelson bound (2√2) is derived as the correlation capacity of the complex projection ℂ ⊂ ℍ, below the full quaternionic maximum (4). Arrow of Time and Consciousness

Time advances because the vacuum is a chiral lattice forbidding commutative traversal — like a screw that can only turn one direction. Consciousness emerges as the necessary structural consequence of autocontainment: sustained, non-trivial retrofeedback required by closure condition Q† Q = I₄.   3. Detection of graviton as fundamental particle independent of lattice geometry
  4. Gravity leakage into large extra spatial dimensions (D > 4)
  5. Deviation from Koide relation K = 2/3 beyond 10⁻⁵
  6. Fourth generation of fermions (8 DOF exhausted in three generations)

Status

This framework achieves the strongest possible monism — a single, flat, self-consistent tensor without levels, teleology, or external principles. Everything (laws, matter, mind, life, perception) is the tensor Q expressing itself in different projections and resolutions. Physics is geometry, and geometry is autocontained.
