COSMOLOGICAL CONSTANT UNDER MECHANISM-ONLY ELIMINATION
Authors/Creators
Description
This paper applies a strict mechanism-only, elimination-by-necessity analysis to the cosmological constant to determine whether it functions as a physically enforcing agent. By admitting only localized energy–momentum exchange, locality, and reciprocal back-reaction as real mechanisms, the analysis removes constants, parameters, and geometric attributions while retaining all experimentally established interactions. The paper shows that the cosmological constant does not act, exchange energy or momentum, or back-react, and that removing it does not alter any physically enforced process. The result establishes the cosmological constant as a descriptive parameter used to summarize large-scale behavior, not a physical cause.
