Generative AI skills training in the eResearch context: the Flinders University Library journey [so far]

Generative AI is reshaping the eResearch landscape, transforming how researchers and support professionals engage with data, tools, and workflows. For eResearch professionals these tools present both opportunities and challenges, including training and development. Flinders University Library has been actively engaging in this space, exploring and implementing opportunities for staff. This poster will highlight learnings from our Microsoft 365 Copilot trial, and also incorporate feedback from both our internal staff survey and mentimeter surveys conducted with our peers.
