AX-STACK-PACK v1.0 — Axiomatic Boundary Package for Coherent Reference

AX-STACK-PACK v1.0 is a normative, DOI-ready axiomatic package centered on AX-1.0
(Existence as Distinction). The package aggregates the upstream axiom together with
a catalog of minimal invariants (AX-CONST-1.0), an applicability gate for coherent
reference (AX-GATE-1.0), normative rules for use and non-misuse (AX-NORM-1.0),
and standardized citation guidance (AX-CITE-1.0).

The package does not propose a theory, method, or empirical claim. AX-1.0 functions
as an upstream boundary condition that may be presupposed or rejected by downstream
systems, but not modified. Conformance applies only to artifacts that voluntarily
claim compatibility and is evaluated via AX-GATE-1.0.

This release freezes version v1.0 of the AX-STACK as a single, citable artifact.
