THE PHYSICAL NON-ENFORCEMENT OF OBJECTIVE REGULARITY

Description

This paper examines whether objective, observer-independent regularity constitutes a physically enforcing mechanism. Using a mechanism-only, elimination-by-necessity framework, it tests whether regularity itself enforces physical change through force, energy exchange, momentum transfer, or reciprocal back-reaction. By removing the attribution of regularity while retaining all physically enforcing interactions and observing invariant physical evolution, the paper demonstrates that regularity does not act, constrain, or enforce. The result establishes that objective regularity is a non-enforcing descriptive attribution rather than a component of physical reality under a strict enforcement-based definition.
