Description
This dataset contains single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data from human heart tissue for use in the Single-Cell RNA-seq Analysis Workshop. The data spans three developmental stages (foetal, young, and adult) and is derived from the study by Sim et al. (2021).
