D7.15 Replication and Sustainability Roadmap

This document provides the final version for the strategy for replicating and upscaling GREENGAGE’s workflows and technical framework to other cities or regions, focusing on citizen engagement and sustainability of project assets. The strategy is based on the project’s achieved technical developments and the needs identified in the development and execution of GREENGAGE’s 5 pilots. The document is covering all three aspects covered by the project: The social engagement, the policy change and the technical integration of GREENGAGE’s Observatories. As this report is produced at the end of the GREENGAGE project, it builds on D7.14 by providing an updated overview of the replication and sustainability potential of the GREENGAGE tools by the GREENGAGE pilots. It provides several recommendations and highlights maturity of GREENGAGE tools and their potential to be replicable across other cities or communities. It also explains the continued availability of code documentation via GitHub and training via openly available repositories, combined with flexible deployment options via AIT servers will support the sustainability of GREENGAGE assets beyond the project’s lifetime.
