Insect catch data froom Austrian museums - these will form part of a paper to be published by Brimblecombe and Querner

Metadata

 The files of catch data are given in separate files for each location. These are as a number and separate two letter codes refer to the locations arranged by location. The data for NH has been subdivided into separate files l, m and s; these describe the library, museum and storage areas.

Colum one in each insect catch file contains the two-letter code and a descriptor l, m and s.

Row two contains descriptive headers. Dates are given in this row from column 9 onwards.

Subsequent rows contain catch data as observed on the dates from row two. The catch is described as the number of insects followed by an abbreviation for the insect type. Further insects collected are separated by a semicolon.

Spaces between rows typically represent a new room.

The abbreviations are listed in an excel file
