Description

This repository contains code for bulk and single-cell RNA-seq analysis of Anopheles gambiae hemocytes during immune pathway modulation. It includes scripts for data processing, analysis, and visualization of cell-specific responses. The code supports the results presented in “Single-Cell Insights: Mosquito Toll Activation Enhances Granulocyte Differentiation and Immune Surveillance via Notch Suppression
