The dataset includes the complete, reproducible search strategies for all bibliographic databases searched during this project. The search strategies were designed to find peer reviewed literature to answer the following research questions:
What is the clinical and cost-effectiveness of specialist assessment in adults who have presented to ED and or have been admitted to hospital with an acute asthma exacerbation?
What is the clinical and cost-effectiveness of self-management and educational interventions in adults who have presented to ED and or have been admitted to hospital with an acute asthma exacerbation?
