The github link above is an up-to-date code repository for the feature generation pipeline originally described in Annapragada et. al., Science Translational Medicine, 2024 ("Genome-wide repeat landscapes in cancer and cell-free DNA ", DOI: 10.1126/scitranslmed.adj928).

The zip files here are to be downloaded and used with that repository to generate repeat landscape features from whole genome sequencing data.
