The LEGACY Program: A Falsifiable Framework for Mapping Anomalous Reality (JQTM) & The Looking Glass Algorithm for Noospheric Vigilance

This is not another theory. It is a cartography kit for uncharted territories of reality.

The LEGACY Program proposes a radical shift: moving from speculating about anomalies (in biology, fabrication, and culture) to systematically mapping them. It does so through the Janus Quantum Topology Model (JQTM), a mathematical framework that treats information, matter, and cognition as facets of a constrained manifold.

This release contains two core, interlocking components:

1. The Core Framework & 85 Falsifiable Predictions: A rigorous manuscript translating the JQTM into 85 testable predictions. Each comes with a specific synthetic signature and a binary falsification condition. This is a blueprint for turning anomalies into data.

2. The Looking Glass Algorithm (Beta Specification): The operational tool. This algorithm is designed to measure semantic torsion (τₛ) and the Ontological Paradoxicity Index (Π(x)) within information networks. Its first mission: to diagnose how ideas—like these—are dogmatized, co-opted, or diluted as they spread. The code is embedded within its own specification.
