This repository contains the integrated atlas in .h5ad format related to our paper titled “Pan-cancer tumor classification by a holistic tumor microenvironment atlas”.

* panTME_core.h5ad.gz: This file includes the integrated pan-TME atlas derived from our core datasets, where cells were clustered and annotated using unsupervised clustering methods.

* panTME_valid.h5ad.gz: This file contains the TME cell data from our validation datasets, with cell annotations mapped to the core reference atlas.
