Supplementary material for: Openness of Biogeochemical cycles: insights from elements in deposition, litter, and discharge data

Scope: This repository contains supplementary information supporting the findings presented in the manuscript currently under review, entitled 'Openness of biogeochemical cycles: insights from elements in deposition, litter, and discharge data'. It includes processed data used in the analyses, figures, and tables described in the main manuscript and supplementary material. Detailed descriptions of the methods and statistical analyses are provided in the manuscript and are not repeated here.

Contents:

1) An Excel file containing processed numerical results derived from the analyses presented in the manuscript and supplementary figures. The tables include openness ratios and statistical bootstrap randomization estimations used. The data are provided to support these results; they are not raw observational data.

2) A README file containing a description of the Excel file, accompanied by supplementary tables and figures that support the manuscript.
