Autonomous weapons AWS have developed significantly in recent years because of the benefits and military capabilities that are indispensable in modern wars due to their low costs and superior capabilities and reaching their goals without human losses, so countries have been racing to allocate funds and capabilities to outperform others without taking into account stable humanitarian principles and their lack of commitment to moral values and causing many violations the conclusion of binding international instruments prohibiting weapons that are completely independent of human control and restricting others which has partial independence. Despite these attempts, Countries are still moving forward in their manufacture, development, and use, putting obstacles in the way of concluding any international instrument that restricts them in this vital area and the danger to their future and the extent of their superiority.
