This Community Service Program aims to improve the digital pedagogical competence of high school English teachers in Bogor City through capacity-building training integrating Microsoft Sway and Canva AI as interactive and innovative digital learning media. This program is designed to address the challenges of low digital literacy and teachers' pedagogical skills in designing contextual and engaging learning media in the era of digital transformation in education. Activities are implemented systematically through stages such as socializing training needs, developing practice-based modules, conducting intensive workshops, conducting field practice, and providing post-training mentoring focused on implementing the results in schools. Furthermore, a Community of Practice (CoP) is established as a collaborative platform for sharing best practices and maintaining the sustainability of learning innovations. The approach used is a qualitative case study, with data collection through participant observation, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted thematically to map the development of teachers' skills, reflective attitudes, and confidence in implementing learning technology. The results of the activity demonstrate increased mastery of digital tools, creativity in instructional design, and professional collaboration among teachers as agents of technology-based learning transformation.
