This dataset contains coded qualitative data from 64 co-produced urban sustainability scenario visions developed across nine cities in the Urban Resilience to Extremes Sustainability Research Network (UREx SRN). The data represent 240 scenario goals coded across five domains of change and four theories of transformative change.
