Posters.science - User Experience

This document provides an overview of the user workflows for sharing and discovering scientific posters through Posters.science, a free and open-source platform designed to make scientific posters FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) and AI-ready. The document covers the platform's homepage design, the multi-step poster sharing workflow (including AI-powered metadata extraction and repository integration), and the discovery interfaces (standard search, Smart Search with semantic embeddings, and analytics dashboards). This document serves as internal planning documentation for the FAIR Data Innovations Hub team and as a basis for gathering feedback from collaborators and potential users.
