Development of Flip PDF Corporate-Based E-Module on Sphere Surface Area and Volume Material

This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective learning medium in the form of a Flip PDF Corporate-based e-module on sphere surface area and volume material. The development model employed was the Borg & Gall research model, adapted to eight steps: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product testing, 7) product revision, and 8) usage trial. For the effectiveness testing stage, this research utilized a Quasi-Experimental Design. The sample consisted of sixth-grade students on Odd Semester July to December in 2025 in Academic Year 2025/2026 from SD Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Data collection methods included questionnaires and tests. The validity questionnaire scores from media experts and subject matter experts were 95.66% and 93.44%, respectively, categorized as highly valid. The average practicality questionnaire score from the student trial was 77.55%, classified as practical. An independent sample t-test on the post-test results yielded a t-statistic of 5.593 and a t-table value of 2.081. Since the t-statistic > t-table, there is a significant difference in the average scores between the control and experimental groups. Furthermore, the experimental group's average score of 79.55 was higher than the control group's average of 63.85. It can be concluded that the Flip PDF Corporate-based e-module on sphere surface area and volume material is valid, practical, and effective.
