Replication Package for "Unpacking Aggregate Welfare in a Spatial Economy"

This package contains replication files for Donald, Fukui, Miyauchi (2026) "Unpacking Aggregate Welfare in a Spatial Economy," to be published in the Review of Economic Studies. Specifically, the codes in this package replicate the set of exhibits in Section 5 (Application: Welfare Gains from US Highway Network), Appendix G (Appendix for Application to US Highway Network), Appendix H (Application: Local Productivity Shocks), and Appendix I (Application: Ex-post Welfare Changes from Regional Growth in the US).
