This poster was presented at the "Kick-Off/Thematic Monitoring Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships" meeting, which was organised by the NA-DAAD. It provides an overview of the project's aims, priorities, partners, innovations and target groups, as well as its plans for disseminating and implementing the results and products.
