AIVO Independence Doctrine: Binding Governance Constraint on Commercial and Advisory Activity

Purpose and Status 

1.1 This Independence Doctrine constitutes mandatory, non-discretionary constraints on the activities of AIVO Standard Ltd. (AIVO).

1.2 The purpose of this Doctrine is to preserve evidentiary neutrality, methodological integrity, and institutional independence in the capture and presentation of AI-mediated representations.

1.3 This Doctrine prevails over and renders unenforceable any commercial consideration, client demand, competitive pressure, market condition, contractual term, internal policy, or other factor that conflicts with its provisions.

1.4 Compliance with this Doctrine is a condition of employment, engagement, authorization, and continued association with AIVO.

1.5 This Doctrine has binding effect across all AIVO activities, whether commercial or non-commercial, paid or unpaid, experimental or production.
