Cure pediatric myopia solely through controlled visual fields and tasks

Description

This report establishes that pediatric myopic progression is reversible solely through the control of visual fields and tasks. Central to this theory is stimulus distance: while near-visual tasks combined with peripheral hyperopic defocus drive pathogenesis, reinforced distance-visual tasks combined with peripheral myopic defocus facilitate reversal. A critical requirement for this reversal is maintaining clear foveal vision, which provides the necessary sensory feedback. Ultimately, this report outlines an effective strategy for curing childhood myopia.
