AGIL (AI-Guided Inquiry Learning) is a pedagogical framework that synthesizes Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL), Just-in-Time Teaching (JiTT), and AI-as-learning-partner for computational drug discovery education. This repository contains 20 guided inquiry notebooks (talktorials) and curriculum materials.
