Description

Ontolology model created in Stanford's Protege ontology management platform. The model was created to support dataset cataloguing and search for a data sharing platform called the Data Innovation Hub for Animal Health (DIHAH), a collaboration between Zoetis, vHive/Surrey DataHub at University of Surrey, Athens Technology Center (ATC) and DIGIT Lab at the University of Exeter. The ontology was the basis of conference papers presented at CADE 2022 and CADE 2023. The classes were formulated based on 600 open access animal health datasets covering the livestock and companion animal domains.
