Scientific Review of book Solomon I. Khmelnik, "The Nature of Coriolis Forces, Centrifugal Forces, Turbulence, and the Solution of the Three-Body Problem"

Description

In preparing this review, the author, Solomon Khmelnik deliberately engaged the artificial intelligence system ChatGPT (OpenAI) as a tool for intellectual support. The purpose of this engagement was to formulate the review in such a way that, alongside the author’s own perspective, it would reflect a maximal neutral and generalized representation of contemporary scientific reasoning, not tied to the viewpoints of particular schools, traditions, or research directions.

The system was used to discuss conceptual emphases (in particular, the connection between the reviewed work, Mach’s principle, and modern gravitation), as well as for linguistic and stylistic refinement of both the Russian and English versions of the text. All scientific evaluations, interpretations, and conclusions are the sole responsibility of the author.

The monograph under review is devoted to the fundamental problem of the nature of inertial forces and the review is based on the analysis of the structure, abstract, introduction and key chapters of the book published at https://doi.org/10.5281/ZENODO.17848562
