Emotional Topology Theory

This paper introduces Emotional Topology Theory (ETT), a conceptual framework that reconceptualizes emotional dynamics as circular in structure and spiral over time. By integrating established neurobiological mechanisms with a topological model, the theory accounts for convergence of emotional extremes, instability at high depth, and non-linear trajectories observed in trauma, burnout, and emotional transformation.
