SRCD presents a unified elastic description of matter, forces, light, entropy, and cosmic expansion based on a single self-regulated confinement parameter. The framework emphasizes that stiffness is not activity, and that maximal physical dynamics emerge near elastic relaxation rather than extreme confinement.

SRCD (Self-Regulated Curvature Dynamics) proposes a unified physical framework in which spacetime is treated as an elastic medium governed by self-regulated stiffness rather than fundamental forces or arbitrary constants.
The core idea is simple but radical:
structure, force, energy storage, wave propagation, and cosmic evolution all emerge from a single elastic confinement parameter, denoted by σ.
In this framework, stiffness (σ → 1) must not be confused with dynamical activity (σ ≈ 0.5).
Highly stiff regimes store large amounts of potential energy but are dynamically frozen, while maximal physical activity, entropy flow, and structural adaptability occur near σ ≈ 0.5, corresponding to a state of dynamic equilibrium through maximal relaxation.
SRCD naturally unifies:
