The research utilizes Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) and regression analysis to assess the data, aiming to provide valuable insights into effective resource management for companies and organizations. The survey captures multiple dimensions of job satisfaction, including collaboration, communication, leadership, personal growth, inclusion, job engagement, performance assessment, and work processes. The study's unique approach lies in its use of IPA to map the importance and satisfaction of job satisfaction attributes, coupled with regression analysis to understand the statistical significance of various job satisfaction dimensions.
