Description

data_along_front_avg_temp_single_front.mat: Along-front averaged temperature field in the single-sided front simulation.
data_along_front_avg_tracer_single_front.mat: Along-front averaged tracer concentration field in the single-sided front simulation.
data_along_front_avg_temp_deep_OML.mat: Along-front averaged temperature field in the filament simulation with a deep mixed layer.
data_along_front_avg_tracer_deep_OML.mat: Along-front averaged tracer concentration field in the filament simulation with a deep mixed layer. Tracer is released either across the entire horizontal domain or only in the far field. 
data_tracer_vert_distr.mat: Vertical distribution of tracer concentration for all the cases.
