GooglePills Proposal - Lung Cancer - PhytoIntelligence 1.9 Master Research Protocol: Multi-Targeted Phytochemical Induction of Apoptosis and Signal Attenuation in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Description

The increasing incidence of drug resistance in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), particularly regarding Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKIs), necessitates the development of multi-nodal therapeutic strategies. The PhytoIntelligence 1.9 (PI 1.9) protocol employs a computational biology framework to identify, score, and formulate synergistic phytochemical matrices capable of simultaneous inhibition of EGFR, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, and STAT3 signaling pathways. This study proposes a proprietary stack—designated Lung-PhytoMatrix-α—derived from combinatorial efficacy scoring (CES). The theoretical framework posits that unlike monotherapies, which promote compensatory signaling feedback loops, a calculated pleiotropic intervention will induce metabolic catastrophe and apoptosis in A549 (KRAS-mutant) and H1975 (EGFR T790M) cell lines. Projected for outcomes include a reduction in IC50 values by >40% compared to standard adjuvant controls, statistically significant downregulation of Bcl-2 and Survivin, and restoration of p53 functionality.
