Description

This diagram presents a conceptual and analytical model that explains the cultural negotiation process underlying material transformation in Ondel-ondel, a traditional Betawi performance art from Jakarta, Indonesia. 2. Performative Visual Dimension, which concern spectacle, visual attraction, festivalization, public performance, and city branding.
  3. Economic Production Dimension, which relates to efficiency, reproducibility, market orientation, and integration into creative industries.
  4. Institutional Regulatory Dimension, which includes cultural policy, health and safety regulations, and local government frameworks.
