This dataset contains micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) data of a fossil bivalve pearl from the Upper Turonian deposits of the Voronezh Region, Russia. The dataset supports the results presented in the associated manuscript submitted to Lethaia.

The specimen is housed in the Paleontological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences (PIN RAS, Moscow, Russia).
