Dataset for Validated Cohesive Zone Models of Steel–CFRP Adhesive Joints with SikaPower 1277

This dataset contains experimental and numerical data supporting the study “Validated Cohesive Zone Models for Epoxy-Based Adhesive Joints between Steel and CFRP Composites for Multimaterial Structural Design in Transportation Applications.” The data include raw measurement files and photographic documentation from Mode I (DCB) and Mode II (ENF) fracture tests, tensile tests, lap shear tests, and bending tests of hollow beam specimens. All experiments were performed using the epoxy-based structural adhesive SikaPower 1277 applied to steel–CFRP bonded joints.
