Treinamento em habilidades sociais e responsabilidade social corporativa
Description
This study evaluates the effectiveness of a social skills training program aimed at improving communication skills relevant to the implementation and development of corporate social responsibility strategies in small and medium-sized enterprises. Using a quasi-experimental design with pretest–posttest measures, changes in the adoption of the other's perspective, empathic concern, and externally assessed empathy are analyzed. The results show significant improvements in the trained group, with practical implications for responsible management, teamwork quality, and the competitive positioning of organizations.
