This dossier presents the first applied chemical manifestations of the Universal Field Theory - Formula (UFT-F) framework. Utilizing the Anti-Collision Identity (ACI) and $L^1$-integrability constraints established in previous works, we identify five novel metastable allotropes stabilized by noble gas resonance locking. This document includes complete Python verification code for lattice equilibrium (ASE), electronic Density of States (DOS), and structural fracture analysis.
