Description
This dataset accompanies the paper "Pole-to-Pole 3D Radial Trajectory Designs Improve Image Quality and Quantitative Parametric Mapping in the Brain and Heart", accepted for publication in Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (MRM) in 2025. It includes brain MRI data from three experiments (V01-V03), designed to assess the impact of different radial trajectory designs on image quality and quantitative parametric mapping.
Each dataset consists of phase-cycled bSSFP raw data, acquired using 3D radial scans with three trajectory types: original, pole-to-pole, and continuous Phyllotaxis. In addition, a 3D Cartesian reference scan is included for comparison.
