When performing vNOTES salpingectomy, are we damaging the ovarian reserve? Results from a randomized, controlled trial.

This dataset contains anonymized clinical data of women who underwent gynecologic surgery.
Demographic characteristics, obstetric history, surgical variables, and ovarian reserve markers were recorded.
Serum Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH) levels and Antral Follicle Count (AFC) were measured preoperatively and at 3 months postoperatively.
Hemoglobin levels were recorded before and after surgery, along with operation duration and length of hospital stay.
