From DIN to Delhi: A Proof-Based Sustainability Stack for Buildings, Grids, and Regional Air Quality

This synthesis paper proposes a proof-based sustainability stack adapted from Germany’s standards-to-measurement chain (DIN/EN → software → documentation → audit → operations) to India’s climate diversity, cooling-driven peak demand, grid reliability constraints, heavy-industry requirements, and the atmospheric science of winter regional haze in north India and Delhi–NCR. It links climate data, building envelope physics, cooling-load control, performance metrics, MRV (Measurement-Reporting-Verification), grid-aware operation, air-chemistry awareness, and performance-backed finance.
