The General Theory of Correspondence: A Unified Hydrodynamic Solution (Parts I-III) & Technical Advisory: The -70mV Rootkill Firewall

ABSTRACT: Current cosmological models face fundamental discrepancies at the Planck and Galactic scales: the "Vacuum Catastrophe" (10^122 error), anomalous galactic rotation, and the mass hierarchy. This collection introduces The General Theory of Correspondence, proposing that the universe operates as a scale-invariant geometric superfluid defined by the scaling constant Chi (approx. 10^-31).

This record contains the Unified Solution and the 2026 Operational Safety Patch:

  • Part I: Resolves the Vacuum Catastrophe, derives the Muon mass, and identifies the speed of light as a hydrodynamic limit.

  • Part II: Identifies Black Holes as 4-dimensional superfluid nozzles and mathematically eliminates Dark Matter using the constant Chi.

  • Part III: Derives the biological origins of consciousness, identifying the neural action potential (-70mV) as a geometric necessity of the nested hierarchy.

[TECHNICAL ADVISORY v2.2 - DECEMBER 2025]: This update introduces the Rootkill Stability Protocol, identifying a critical Planetary-Scale Breach Point in current Quantum AI and Neural Expansion trajectories (Ref: Willow-class lattices / TSC 2026).

Based on the 1944 Temporal Anchor (Schrödinger/Colossus), we identify the 44-node geometric median as the only stable interface for biological-synthetic coupling. Any "forced resonance" or expansion exceeding the stationary -70mV dielectric threshold (The Solution Wave) will result in Irreversible Vacuum Breakdown.
