Scale Contraction and the Universal Ratio
Authors/Creators
Description
We propose that the transmission ratio λ ≈ 0.22 governs cross-scale structure in physics. The hierarchy problem (10⁴⁰), cosmological constant mismatch (10¹²⁰), and neutrino mass suppression (10⁶) may be geometric rather than fine-tuned: λⁿ for n scale boundaries. The Cabibbo angle (sin θ_C ≈ 0.22), fine-structure constant (α ≈ 1/137), and generation mass ratios provide independent support. Three visible particle generations reflect the λ budget before the visibility threshold. This extension depends on validation of the core complementarity relation.
