The Quyen Doctrine: A Structural Framework of Gainsions

Description

This publication introduces The Quyen Doctrine, a conceptual and analytical framework centered on the notion of Gainsions – the layered system of interacting interests, incentives, meanings, emotions, and existential needs that shape human behavior, decision-making, organizations, and societies.

Rather than reducing behavior to material benefit or rational choice alone, Gainsions integrates biological drives, psychological attachments, identity needs, emotional stability, social cohesion, power dynamics, and meaning-making processes into a unified structural perspective. The doctrine proposes that behavior persists when it produces return – stability, coherence, relief, meaning, or advantage – even when outcomes appear irrational, costly, or self-destructive from the outside.

This work lays the foundational structure and terminology of the Quyen Doctrine, clarifies key definitions, and establishes the theoretical basis for future applied research in sociology, politics, psychology, economics, international relations, organizational behavior, and cultural studies.

This is Version 1.0 (metadata correction) of the framework, published as an independent research work to invite scholarly review, critique, refinement, and application.
