System Approach to the Management of Innovation Projects for the Formation of a Manufacturing Enterprise's Competitive Potential in the International Business Environment
Description
The article is devoted to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of a systemic approach to managing innovation projects aimed at shaping the competitive potential of a manufacturing enterprise. The key differences of the systemic approach from traditional management models are substantiated, which consist in the comprehensive integration of internal resources and external knowledge to achieve strategic goals. A model for realizing the enterprise’s innovation potential has been developed, within which the main results of applying the systemic approach are identified: the formation of sustainable competitive advantages, ensuring long-term development, increasing the level of economic security, growth of market value, and global integration. It has been proven that the systemic approach makes it possible to transform accumulated resources into innovation development strategies capable of ensuring the survival and leadership positions of the enterprise in the international business environment.
