Adaptive Risk Management as a Tool for Trend Analytics and Ensuring the Sustainability of Hospitality Enterprises in the International Market in Wartime Conditions

The article substantiates the feasibility and structure of adaptive risk management as an effective approach to ensuring the sustainability of hospitality businesses in wartime. An adaptive strategy is viewed as a dynamic mechanism that transforms threats into growth opportunities. A five-component model is proposed, which includes organizational, methodological, information and analytical, financial, and training and development subsystems. It provides for the creation of a three-level risk management structure, the introduction of modern digital tools (Power BI, ERP), the synthesis of international standards ISO 31000 and COSO ERM, the formation of a reserve fund, and the diversification of funding sources. Particular attention is paid to staff training, the development of internal communications, and increasing motivation. Key risks, monitoring indicators, and ways to minimize them have been identified.
