transformation based on the scientific views of foreign economists. In addition, the development of the banking system is
examined at the intersection of classical and digital development theories, highlighting the specific advantages of each
approach. As a result of the study, original definitions of bank transformation were developed, and scientifically grounded
conclusions were formulated
