Description

This poster was presented in the context of the MYCOBEANS project, a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Staff Exchange focused on interdisciplinary and intersectoral knowledge transfer addressing mycotoxin risks in legumes.

The work describes the development of an environmentally friendly analytical approach for the extraction of mycotoxins from milk and plant-based beverages using hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents (HDES) coupled with LC–MS/MS analysis. The study explores different HDES formulations and reports recovery performance for selected mycotoxins in oat-based beverages.

The poster is made publicly available as part of the dissemination and transparency activities of the MYCOBEANS project.
