The Aslan Coupling Constant (\(\kappa_A\)) and the Emergence of Spacetime from Quantum Information

This manuscript represents the third iteration (Version 3.0) of a continuous cosmological framework. It formally bridges the "Relational Energy" concept from the initial pre-Big Bang framework with the "Self-Constructing Cosmos" model. The primary focus of this work is the derivation of the Aslan Coupling Constant (kA), which acts as the transformative operator between quantum information entropy (S) and Einsteinian geometry (Guv). We provide a multi-sector experimental protocol and the ACE v1.1 algorithm to facilitate empirical testing of emergent spacetime.
