Зелений шлях відкритого доступу. Репозитарії та їх роль у науковій комунікації: перші двадцять років
Description
У статті відкритий доступ до наукової інформації (через створення журналів відкритого доступу та інституційних чи тематичних репозитаріїв) розглядається як найбільш ефективний шлях розвитку наукової комунікації на сучасному етапі. Дається всебічна характеристика репозитаріїв, розкриваються їх особливості, різновиди, змістовне наповнення, функціональне навантаження.
Abstract (Ukrainian)
The article examines open access to scientific information (through the creation of open access journals and institutional or thematic repositories) as the most effective path for the development of scholarly communication at the present stage. A comprehensive characterization of repositories is provided, revealing their features, varieties, content, and functional purposes.
