Decision-OS V5 (SiriusA) is a human-in-the-loop operational framework that protects human life by preventing irreversible harm under duress, confusion, or panic in safety-critical, non-medical domains.

SiriusA formalizes a 10-second ritual and shared decision-making with selectable operating points (Quiet/Standard/Aggressive), enforced through two-step confirmation, an explicit revoke path, optional family multisig, and a Zero-Knowledge (ZK) authorization layer.

Version 3 (this release): Added §7.3 "ZK Family Confirmation Layer" (ZK 310/320) to verify authorization (m-of-k) without exposing PII.
